How are the employees chosen?

We have over 30 years of experience in choosing the most highly qualified employees.  We take care of the whole process in order to free up your time.

Who do the employees answer to?

We are an employee leasing company, the employees answer directly to you and are employed by you.

Who trains the employees? 

Since these employees are yours and are performing your work, they will be trained by you like you do with your current employees.

How do the employees get trained? 
Each of our employees comes with a phone which includes a US Based phone line as well as a Collaboration App which will allow you to video conference, chat, and file share with recording capability for future training.

We suggest that you purchase Snagit by TechSmith (https://www.techsmith.com/screen-capture.html) to help you create a job manual for your new employees which you can create as you train.

How much does an employee cost?

Most of our employees cost $30,000.00/Year billed monthly at the beginning of each month and due on receipt.

What does the monthly fee include?

The monthly fee gives you an employee with office space in a professional working environment with a computer, a phone with US Based phone line, internet, and all office supplies.

Are there any other fees?

There is an initial one-time $1,500.00 setup fee per employee. 

What do I need to provide? 

You will need to provide your new employee with a valid e-mail address from your company, access to your software and all software licenses needed to perform the job.

Do I need to sign a contract?

There is a contract that needs to be signed.  It is valid for one year and auto-renews unless either party notifies the other in writing before the end of the contract.

When is payment due?

Payment is due monthly on the first of the month and is a prepayment for the current month.

What if I am not happy with my employee? 

We will take corrective measures to fix the problem.  If the problem is not fixed we will hire a new employee for you.

Where are the employees from?

Our employees are from Central America.

What time Zone are the employees in?

Central Standard Time and Daylight Savings is not observed. We will have them work on your schedule.

What kind of Holiday and Personal time off do the employees receive?

Since these employees are from Central America they have their own set of holidays and specific allowance for time off. We will provide you with a list of Holidays and personal time off so you can be prepared ahead of time.

Are there raises for my employee every year?

The fees remain at $30,000.00/Year, We provide incentives based on performance as part of that fee.

What if my employee wants to leave for another job? 

We will work with you to try and negotiate for them to stay.  If no resolution is met, we will hire a replacement for you.

Do I have to provide a year-end bonus for my employees?

A bonus is encouraged but not mandatory. Just let us know how much you would want to give and we will add it to your next bill and make sure the employee gets it.

Do I have to pay for employee benefits?

No, all benefits are included in the price.

What language does my employee speak? 

All employees speak fluent English but are also bilingual and fluent in Spanish as well.

How does an employee connect to our computer systems?

We will work with your IT providers for connectivity or make recommendations.

How do you ensure that the employees are productive?

These employees are working out of an office, not from their homes.  They sign in every day with biometric scanners and we provide a management team to ensure they are working at all times.   It is up to you to keep the work flowing
