On the other hand, back office employees like accounts payable and data entry clerks are costs that take away from a company’s bottom line.  It is for this reason that most salary budgets go towards income generating employees leaving other positions understaffed or underpaid.  By outsourcing our employees we have been able to either save money or to properly staff our offices.

Over the years, as expenses have consistently gone up, the prices that customers are willing to pay have gone down causing a large erosion in margins.  In the past we were able to increase prices to our customers or aggressively negotiate our product costs to keep margins at healthy levels.  Now we are forced to cut back on expenses to increase corporate profits.  By outsourcing our employees we have been able to keep our overhead down in order to remain competitive in today’s global markets.

Over the years we have found that it is not necessary to hire experienced employees for most positions in a company.  We have put our efforts into finding smart individuals willing to work at the lower end of the pay scales because of their lack of experience.  If you think about it, most position in a company can be taught in the workplace since most of these jobs are not taught in the colleges.  In order for this to work, it is important to create manuals for each position with detail explanations on expectations and step by step instructions on how to perform the jobs.

It is with these thoughts in mind that we decided to start Virtual Cloud Office.  We are looking to fill a need for companies out there that need to keep their expenses down without giving up productivity and accuracy.
